1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how Jupiter Knowledge Hub (“JKH”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) approaches refund requests for fees paid towards our educational courses, programs, and related services. It forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and should be read together with them.
Jupiter Knowledge Hub is a stock market education and awareness platform. Our fees are charged for access to the educational content, learning materials, and guidance to understand the education content — not for any financial outcome, return, or result. As the access to our digital course content is granted immediately upon enrolment, fees are generally non-refundable. We do, however, recognise that genuine exceptional situations can arise, and we review such cases fairly and individually.
2. Special Cases We May Consider
Refunds are not offered by default. A refund may be considered, at our sole discretion, only in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate or accidental payment — where the fee is charged more than once for the same enrolment, or a payment was made in genuine error, and the duplicate or erroneous charge can be clearly verified from our records.
- Course cancelled by JKH — where Jupiter Knowledge Hub cancels or indefinitely postpones a paid program before it begins and is unable to offer you a suitable alternative or rescheduled batch.
- Documented medical or genuine emergency — where a serious medical condition or genuine personal emergency, supported by appropriate documentation, prevents participation before the course has substantially commenced.
Meeting one of the above circumstances makes a request eligible for review — it does not by itself entitle you to a refund. Every request is assessed on its individual facts and remains subject to discussion with, and the final decision of, Jupiter Knowledge Hub.
3. When Refunds Are Not Provided
To set clear expectations, refunds are ordinarily not provided in situations including, but not limited to, the following:
- Change of mind, loss of interest, or not having time to complete the course after enrolment.
- Having already accessed, downloaded, started, or the course content or materials are substantially completed.
- Dissatisfaction with market conditions, trading or investment outcomes, or any financial result — as our fees are for education purposes only and carry no assurance of any outcome.
- Inability to access content due to issues within your own control, such as your internet connection, device, or browser, where the platform is otherwise functioning normally.
- Non-attendance, non-participation, or failure to use the course within any access period made available to you.
- Requests based on free, promotional, discounted, or complimentary access for which no eligible payment was made.
4. How to Request a Consideration
There is no fixed deadline for raising a request — each is reviewed on its own merits — but we strongly encourage you to contact us as promptly as possible, as timing and the stage of the course are important factors in our assessment. To raise a request, please reach out through our official Contact page or write to us at contact@jupiterknowledgehub.com, and include:
- Your full name and the email address used at enrolment.
- The course or program name and the date of payment.
- The payment reference or transaction ID.
- The special case you are relying on (see Section 2) and a brief explanation, along with any supporting documentation where relevant.
5. Review & Discussion Process
All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once we receive your request, our team will review the details, may ask you for further information or documentation, and will discuss the matter with you before reaching a decision. Approval of any refund is made at the sole and absolute discretion of Jupiter Knowledge Hub.
Where appropriate, and as an alternative to a monetary refund, we may at our discretion offer a credit, a transfer to a future batch, or access to another course of equivalent value. Any such alternative is offered by mutual discussion and does not constitute an admission that a refund was otherwise due.
6. Approved Refunds – Method & Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method through our payment gateway, unless we mutually agree otherwise. Refunds are typically initiated within seven (7) to ten (10) business days of approval; the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account thereafter depends on your bank or payment provider. Any applicable payment-gateway, transaction, or processing charges may be deducted from the refunded amount where permitted.
7. Changes to This Policy
Jupiter Knowledge Hub reserves the right to amend, update, or revise this Refund Policy at any time, at its discretion and without prior notice. The version published on www.jupiterknowledgehub.com at the time of your payment will apply to that transaction. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the policy as updated.
